Director



Dr Brian Walker FCMI, MinstF (Cert), C Eng, FIEE

Dr Brian Walker is a Doctor of Philosophy, specialising in Inter Faith Cooperation. His degree was awarded under the Royal Charter of the University of Southampton. He is also a Master of Arts, with a distinction in Religious Studies.

Dr Walker is a Christian member of the Church of England parish of St Mary’s, Micheldever, where he serves on the Parochial Church Council. He is also a member of the Deanery and Diocesan Synods of Winchester.

As Director of the United Kingdom Chapter of Religions for Peace, Dr Walker works with people of faiths from across the world. During 2006, he represented the UK Chapter as a Business Delegate of the World Conference of Religions for Peace Assembly in Kyoto, Japan.

He also works as a consultant facilitator and has a close working relationship with the Inter Religious Council of Sierra Leone, West Africa.

Masana De Souza MSc

Masana De Souza is a Master of Science (Celtic-Jamaican).

Masana is based in both the United Kingdom & Jamaica. She is an International Consultant, Mediator, Intuitive Facilitator, Trainer & Healer, who specialises in Change Processes, Consensus Building and Conflict Transformation.

She has wide experience in facilitating, small, medium & large groups & circles, using experiential & process led facilitation techniques, weaving in Reflective practises.

Masana is a catalyst who inspires others to celebrate Cultural Diversity, practise Authentic Communication and tap into our Inner Power.

She is a past Executive Director of Mediation UK, a Sir Winston Churchill Fellow, having examined the way conflict resolution strategies are transforming South Africa.

Masana, believes passionately that we can be the Change we want to see in our World.
